For those who, like me, does not have time to prepare any complicate sweets, but still wants to celebrate this day of lovers, I have a suggestion.

Pancakes for lovers
Ingredients
Cream, fruits, sauce etc. you like to decorate
Method
- Reheat frozen pancakes (or cook them if you do not have any in stock)
- Cut them into heart-shape with cookie-cutter (or with knife)
- Garnish with cream, fruit, jams, sauces etc.
For the pancake of the foto in this page I used:
- marshmallow cream
- cranberry jam
- bitter cocoa sauce
