This sweet-savory sauce is very versatile and extremely easy to prepare.
It goes well everywhere; with meat, with vegetables, with fish and even with desserts!!
ALL-PURPOSE TARIYAKI SAUCE
Total time: 5 minutes
Ingredients for about 250 ml of sauce
White wine (or sake): 120 g (120 ml)
Soy sauce: 80 g (70 ml)
Light brown sugar: 30 g
Method
1. Mix all ingredients together in a container
2. Heat the compost in microwave oven at 800W for about 2 and a half minutes until the liquid begins to simmer
3. Pull out of the microwave and stir well (!pay attention to the heat!) to dissolve the sugar completely
4. When the sauce is cooled down, pour into a container and keep in the fridge
