I cooked "Bacalà alla vicentina" for the first time. It took three days with "my original" slow cook method 😵
The fish was tender but it would have been better if I had put a bit more salt and anchovies.
The next time I'll try to cook with some hot water in the outer pan so the temperature will not be higher than 100°C.
- Bacalà alla vicentina
- Toasted polenta
- Mixed mushroom with onion (Very tasty! I must remember the recipe)
Also the wine was good 👍👍
