How to freeze cooked white rice

Some posts ago I wrote how to cook the basic white rice and I said that you can keep it in the freezer.

For the white rice recipe, see here → ☆ .
Who does not have the pressure cooker can also make it with a pan or pot.

1. Once you have cooked the rice, bring it to the room temperature

2. Set a plate on a scale and set a piece of plastic wrap on it

3. Calibrete the scale

4.Take the cooked rice gently and weigh it to about 100g

5. Wrap the rice with the film. Be careful. Do not crush it.

6. Place the rice packets in a metal baking dish and place it in the freezer
(The use of the metal container favors rapid freezing, so the rice maintains its softness.)

7. When the rice packets are well frozen put them into a freezer bag and store it in the freezer
