The last post was in June ... so after 4 months!
As rehabilitation I upload a photo of yesterday's lunch.
This dish is made with:
- White onions
- Celery
- Beets leaves
- Cauliflower
- Peas*
- Tricolor quinoa of Pedon (I like the products of this brand)
- Mini canederli*
- Topping of green onions
(*frozen foods)
I love soups.
I would eat it even in the summer!
Now that it's chillier they taste better :)
