[recipe] Apricot liqueur

Immediately after harvesting the apricots of our garden I started preparing the liqueur.
This recipe is simple and easy.




APRICOT LIQUEUR

Total time: 6 month

    Preparation: 1 hour
    Resting: 6 months

Ingredients

850 g of unripe apricots *
       *Choose beautiful ones without cuts and/or dents

500 g Granulated Sugar
560 g of 96% Pure alcohol for food
940 g of Water

Method

1. Gently wash the apricots with running water and dry them well

2. Remove the stems of each fruit using a toothpick

3. Disinfect a hermetic jar, put sugar and apricots alternately

4. Mix the water and the alcohol

5. Gently pour the liquid on the apricots

6. Close the lid and keep the jar in a cool and dry place



7. It will be ready in six months, so for the Christmas time!
