5. After 7-8 minutes of cooking, remove the soup from the heat and filter it (you can throw away the hard parts)
6. The mushroom broth is ready. You can use it ofr risotto, soup and so on.
7. Also the mushrooms are ready after 30-50 minutes of cooking (the time depends on the type and quantity of mushrooms)
8. Put them in a container and keep it in the fridge
