[recipe] Tortellini in white wine broth - quick recipe

It's cold today, too. 
I was thinking to tortellini asciutti with some sauce but at the last minute I changed my mind. With broth.


White wine gives a deep touch even to a broth made with stock cube or powder like in this recipe.
(If you have some homemade broth it's just fine. I congratulate you 👍  The soup will be even more tasty.)


TORTELLINI IN WHITE WINE BROTH

Ingredients for 2-3 servings

250 g of Fresh tortellini stuffed with meat
1 liter (1 kg) of Water
100 ml (100 g) di Dry white wine
1 Stock cube

Grana cheese (or Parmesan cheese)

Procedure (10 minutes)

1. Pour the wine and water into a pot and bring to a boil

2. Add the stock cube and the tortellini to (1)

3. When the broth re-starts to boil reduce the heat

4. After 2-3 minutes (depending on the cooking time of tortellini) the soup is ready

5. Serve with a handful of grated cheese
