This bright green sauce goes well everywhere: with pasta, with salad, with meat, with fish, with bruschetta ... etc. etc.
RUCOLA SAUCE
Ruccola
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Salt to taste (The salt is for maintaining the green color of the sauce. I did not use all the salt of the picture below)
Procedure (5 minutes)
1. In the container toss all ingredients and blend them until the sauce is smooth and creamy(If it is hard to blend add more oil)
2. It's ready
How to store it in freezer
1. Put the sauce into an ice cube tray (about 10 g for each place) and place the tray in the freezer over night
2. The next day
3. Remove cubes from the tray
4. Wrap each cube with cling wrap and put them in a plastic bag for food and store it in the freezer
