Morinaga Silken Tofu : review

After many years of research, expectations, false hopes and repeated disappointments I finally met a product worthy of being called "TOFU" (豆腐) from the Japanese point of view.

Though I see different products in their official website, at the Carrefour sushi-corner where I usually go there was only Silken Tofu Firm.

The dish of the picture you see above is Nikudofu Donburi (bowl of rice with Tofu in teriyaki taste meat sauce). It's a typical Japanese comfort food.
