With the Rucola Sauce of yesterday, you can prepare a simple first course dish in less than 10 minutes.
POTATO GNOCCHI WITH RUCOLA SAUCE
Ingredients for one serving
175 g of Potato Gnocchi
10 g (1 cube) of Rucola sauce
10 g of Butter
Salt to taste
A pinch of Garlic powder
Grana cheese (or Parmesan cheese)
(To cook the gnocchi)
Water
Kosher Salt
Procedure
1. Pour water (to cook the gnocchi) in a large pot and start warming
2. In a pan put the cube of the rocket sauce still frozen and begin to melt it with the minimum heat
3. Add the butter to (2)
4. When all of the step (3) is melted, add the garlic powder and if necessary a bit of salt
6. Toss the gnocchi in the large pot (5)
7. When the dumplings start to float, drain them and put them in the pan (4)
9. Serve with some grated cheese
