Early summer snack

Despite the instability of the weather, summer has arrived in our small garden again.

Here are the evidences :

wild strawberries

and raspberries.

As you know, I am very very lazy, and the lazy person and the gardening hardly can stay well together.
But after many years of experiments, failures and especially many many plant victims (poor things!), our garden has reached a certain point of equilibrium.
In our garden the plants are super-strong and autonomous (because those delicate and care-need ones have all died).

These two types of berries are also the champions at survival.
It's been about 10 years since I planted them.
The strawberries were of 5/6 seedlings. Now they cover almost all the flowerbeds.
The raspberries were on the catalog of Bakker. When they arrived, they were two wooden sticks with a beard of roots. After ten years they continue to throw new shoots.

I made a glance at the Bakker web site.  The raspberry I bought ten years ago seems like this one →  ☆Raspberry 'Bakker's Jewel' - Shrub

This is a little snack I prepared this morning.

Greek yogurt, raspberries, wild strawberries, ginger flavoured honey and mint leaves.

Yummy!

Let's thank the force of nature that has won against laziness (or against "the lazy").
